Is 711 the pest referral number?
No. Dialing 711 anywhere in the United States reaches a relay service under federal rules; a TTY user can ask that service to place a voice call. The number on the other pages instead reaches a residential referral route; we cannot guarantee that it accepts or completes a relay call or that a provider responds.
